Josh’s SketchUp journey began with the transition from building physical architectural models in college to spinning them around in pixelated 3D circa 2004. Josh has used SketchUp in small design firms and for a variety of industries as a 3D visualization consultant. He originally joined the SketchUp team at Google in 2008 and later re-joined with Trimble in 2013. Since then, Josh has been part of the Knowledge, Marketing, and Sales teams. He is currently a Sales Engineer and SketchUp Instructor.

Josh Reilly from the SketchUp team will be running through a bevy of examples constructed to deliver quick wins, as well as a handful of extensions (plug-ins) that pair to the techniques presented. This presentation will proceed at a quick pace, so have your notepad handy!
3D Bootcamp: SketchUp 201: Revisiting SketchUp Fundamentals
This workshop is built for those who want to re-approach the fundamentals of SketchUp as informed beginners. Taught by Josh Reilly from SketchUp, this course will revisit the keys to organized and efficient 3D modeling, covering many of the same topics of an essentials course but at a slightly accelerated pace. The fundamentals of SketchUp also include setting your models up for documentation and presentation, so you can expect a brief introduction to LayOut as well.
